Since 2018, Katie has worked for LINX in the capacity of Administrative Assistant, Day Program Manager, Program Operations Manager, and currently, Executive Director. Katie studied English at the University of Northern British Columbia, and has worked & volunteered in the non-profit sector since 2007. Katie is passionate about promoting inclusion, belonging and self advocacy in the community of Leduc where she lives with her family.

Dawn started her journey with LINX in early 2024, as Financial Administrator. Previously she worked as an Education Assistant for 11 years and comes with extensive experience working with individuals with disabilities. Dawn has been involved in the non-profit sector spanning over 20 years and also volunteers with Leduc Victim Services on the Board of Directors. Dawn loves to travel, spend time with her family and cheering on her favorite football team.

Andrea has been with LINX since 2021. Her organizational roles have included Job Coach, Administrative Assistant, and Day Program Team Lead. Andrea began her career as a Red Seal Journeyman Glazier, before pursuing a diploma in Business Administration, specializing in Human Resource Management. Andrea is dedicated to seeking equitable paid employment for all clients!

Alisha has been with LINX since 2021. Since joining LINX, her roles have included Job Coach, Casual Outreach, Instructor, Administrative Assistant, and Team Lead. Alisha has a Degree in Psychology, as well as a Diploma in Criminology and Northern Justice. Alisha strongly believes in LINX's vision and the work we do with our clients.
Cheryl has been the bright smile that you see when you arrive to our safe space since late 2023! Cheryl loves everything about her job. Staff and clients who are compassionate and caring, the work environment and how LINX supports inclusion and diversity.
Whitney is a graduate of the University of Lethbridge and has more than 5 years of valuable experience caring for individuals with disabilities in residential homes. Whitney longs to make a difference in the lives of those she serves.
